A long time but not so many years ago, in a far away city, lived Adelita with her family and her two cats. The little girl would wake up every day - or should I say her mother would wake her up - and after stretching for a few minutes, would take a look around, and rest her gaze attentively upon each of the things that surrounded her. These things were few, and always the same. However, to Adelita, this moment of observation had become a daily practice. The first thing she saw upon waking up was a large, wooden piece of furniture right next to her bed, on top of which every night she would rest a glass of water along with the book she was reading at the moment.
